Meet the Team
Ms. Feng has had a distinguished career, including serving as the City Manager of Cupertino during the pandemic and civil unrest from 2019 to 2021. With a strong background in business operations, Ms. Feng was also the Managing Director of 3Below Theaters and Cafe in Downtown San Jose. Her connection to Cupertino runs deep, as she grew up here and attended local schools such as Lincoln Elementary, Kennedy Middle School, and Monta Vista High School. In addition to graduating from De Anza Community College and the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Feng holds an MBA from San Jose State University, where she was recognized with the GOLD award for her leadership in the graduate program. As an Advisory Council Member of the prestigious Davenport Institute at Pepperdine University, Ms. Feng leads Public Engagement and Civic Leadership classes, leveraging her diverse experience in executive leadership in the public sector at NASA Ames Research Center and the City of Cupertino.
Edna has over 20 years of experience in graphic arts. She has developed graphic and marketing collateral and designed and implemented campaigns in both the United States and Mexico. As CEO of her own company, Edna has shared her significant expertise with many organizations and businesses, including the Small Business Development Center of Silicon Valley and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Her creative vision keeps her on the cutting edge of graphic technology and design software.
